من الشبهة للإعجاز :أفاعى تذهب البصر و تسقط الحبل

أن ابن عمر كان يقتل الحيات ثم نهى ، قال : إن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم هدم حائطا له ، فوجد فيه سلخ حية ، فقال : انظروا أين هو . فنظروا ، فقال : اقتلوه . فكنت أقتلها لذلك ، فلقيت أبا لبابة ، فأخبرني أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : لا تقتلوا الجنان ، إن كل أبتر ذي طفيتين ، فإنه يسقط الولد ، ويذهب البصر ، فاقتلوه .

Venom entered the eyes of 9 patients spat at by the spitting cobra, Naja nigricollis. In 5 the only effect was a simple conjunctivitis but 4 had corneal ulceration, 1 developed anterior uveitis indicating absorption of venom in the anterior chamber, and 2 were permanently blinded. Treatment of this rare emergency is discussed: immediate irrigation of the eye with water, careful examination for corneal abrasion, and prevention of secondary infection are recommended. The value of local specific antivenom is unproven.

Abstract

Venom from the ringhals cobra (H. haemachatus) caused extensive chemosis, prolonged corneal edema and marked miosis when applied locally to the eyes of two strains of rabbits: Buskat (albino) and Chinchilla (pigmented). In the pigmented rabbits, the corneal edema progressed to complete corneal opacification with corneal and conjunctival neovascularization that remained unchanged until the end of the experiment (70 d). In the albino rabbits the corneal cloudiness and conjunctivitis cleared within three weeks of venom instillation. Treatment with heparin and tetracycline markedly improved the corneal opacification syndrome, while treatment with specific antivenom resulted only in partial improvement. It is postulated that the venom owes its ocular effects to its cardiotoxin, the only venom fraction capable of inducing the corneal opacification syndrome. The protective effect of heparin is probably through its electrostatic binding to the cardiotoxin in the venom. Tetracycline could form ionic bonding at several sites in the strongly basic cardiotoxin. The corneal opacification syndrome was associated with the ability of the snakes to spit since venoms from the other non-spitting cobras were devoid of this activity.

Despite the numerous snakebites that occur, the number of reported snakebites during pregnancy is limited. Few reviews of pregnant women bitten by snakes have been published. Dunnihoo et al2 reviewed the literature and found 50 cases, but details were only available for 30.

Abortions and deaths in fetuses and infants after a mother has been bitten are not unusual. Seneviratne et al4 reported that nearly 30% of the envenomed pregnant mothers had a spontaneous abortion. Malz5 reported that 3 of 14 snakebites (21%) resulted in abortion or infant death. Dunnihoo et al2 noted that of 30 reports with some detailed information available, 6 spontaneous abortions, 7 fetal deaths, and 1 elective abortion occurred, which is a 43% fetal wastage occurrence (excluding the elective abortion). Reid et al6 reported 1 of 5 (20%) women aborted. Dao et al7 reported 4 snakebites in pregnant women leading to fetal death or abortion in 3. One mother was in her fifth month of pregnancy and aborted 2 days later, whereas another was at term when a snakebite resulted in the death of the fetus. When these studies are combined, 32 fetal deaths occurred in 85 pregnancies

السقط و موت الجنين فى النساء التى تم عضهن ليست شيئا غير معتاد
سينفيراتيت إيتال أشار إلى أن نحو ثلاثين بالمائة من النساء التى أصبن بالسم حدث لديهم سقط تلقائى
مالز أشار إلى أن 3 من 14 عضة أفعى أدت إلى السقط أو وفاة الطفل
دونيهو إيتال أشار إلى أنه من نحو ثلاثين حالة بمعلومات تفصيلية متوافرة :
ست حالات حدث لها سقط تلقائى
سبع حالات حدثت فيها وفاة للجنين
و حالة واحدة حدث فيها سقط اختيارى
أى أن 43 % من الحالات فقد فيها الجنين مع عدم إحصاء حالة السقط الاختيارى
رايد إيتال أشار إلى أن امرأة من كل خمسة تسقط الحبل أى عشرين بالمائة
داو إيتال أشار إلى أن أربع عضات للأفاعى فى الحبليات أدت إلى وفاة الجنين أو السقط فى ثلاث حالات
إحدى الأمهات كانت حبلى فى الشهر الخامس و حدث السقط بعد يومين
و أخرى كانت قد أتمت الحبل مما أدى إلى وفاة الجنين
و بدمج تلك الدراسات يتبين أن 32 حالة وفاة للأجنة حدثت فى 85 حبل

قد وجدت هذا الفيديو اخي الحبيب الدكتور عبد الرحمن يؤكد وجود مثل هذا النوع من الافاعي في المملكة السعودية وفي مكة والمدينة حماهما الله تعالى ... وهو يسبب سقوط الجنين والعمى كما ذكر الحبيب صلى الله عليه وسلم .... وصدق الله تعالى القائل "وما ينطق عن الهوى ان هو إلا وحيٌ يوحى" ...
